The Benefits of Ginger Lemonade

First of all, the benefits of ginger are many. It reduces inflammation in the body and strengthens the immune system and helps with digestive disorders.  It also acts as a painkiller and even ramps up the metabolism.

On the same note, lemon is an excellent liver cleanser.  It promotes detoxification of the body with its cleansing properties.  The lemon zest has the most potent properties and should, therefore, be incorporated as well.   Furthermore, Lemon is also a fantastic source of Vitamin C which is well-known to boost the immune system.  All in all, lemon is a nutritional powerhouse loaded with health benefits for the body.

Most noteworthy is honey, known to have an anti-bacterial property which consequently gets rid of the pathogenic bacteria in the body.
