Garlic Ginger Paste Recipe
Garlic Ginger Paste, also known as garlic ginger masala is the perfect paste to jazz up any recipe. Leave out the salt for a salt-free version.

Peel and wash garlic; Set aside
Rinse and peel the ginger roots.
Roughly chop the ginger and add to the garlic
In a food processor/blender, combine the garlic, ginger, salt, turmeric powder, and oil.
Pulse to blend, adding oil to facilitate the blending, until you get a smooth paste.
Transfer the paste in a clean glass jar and seal.
Always use clean and dry container for storing.
Do not add any water while grinding.
Oil, salt and turmeric help to preserve garlic ginger paste.
