Making garlic parsley butter at home is as easy as ABC. The ingredients required are very few and maybe already available in your kitchen. So before you make that trip to the supermarket to get another pack of that butter, let me impress you with how simple it is.

Ingredients
250gButter (at room temperature)
2clovesGarlic
1/2tspSea salt
1/4cup Parsley leaves
1/4RedOnion
Instructions
Add the butter in a medium-sized bowl and whisk it well for 1 minute.
Chop the onion finely and add to the butter.
Wash your parsley leave and pat them dry with a kitchen napkin. Proceed to chop as fine as you can and add to the butter.
Peel the garlic, wash them and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Chop the garlic as fine as possible and add to the butter.
After that, add the salt and mix everything very well.
Alternatively, add all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse to your desired consistency.
Finally, transfer the garlic parsley butter to your serving bowl and enjoy with your favorite bread, grilled meats or use for cooking.
Notes
Use only parley leaves, not the stems.
For best results, chop all your herbs finely. You can use a food processor to cut them.
You can add other herbs like basil and mint leaves if you like.
