Making Mango Lemonade With Simple Syrup
Over medium heat, bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a medium pot over.
Add 1 cup of sugar and stir till the sugar dissolves. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool down completely.
Clean the mangoes, figure out where its large pit lies. Use a knife to cut around it and slice up the mango flesh you carved off into pieces. Finally, remove the mangos thick skin and blend the mango flesh in a blender till smooth.
Wash the lemons and press them between your palm and the counter. This is a trick to allow the lemons to release all of their juices.
Cut the lemons into halves, and squeeze out the juice using a lemon squeezer. Use a strainer to remove any pulp from the juice.
Mix the cooled syrup, pureed/blended mango pulp, 1 cup fresh lemon juice and 6 cups water in a big glass pitcher.
Add ice-cubes, stir well and serve.

Notes
Use ripe mangoes for sweeter lemonade. That way, you only need a little bit of sugar to sweeten the lemonade.
Use fresh lemon juices for your homemade lemonade. Store-bought lemon juices will never taste as good as freshly squeezed.
Roll the lemons between you palm and the kitchen countertop before cutting them for maximum juice.
Feel free to adjust sweetness of this lemonade to your taste.
