1mediumorganic lemon(peeled and sliced in pieces)
zest of 1 organic lemon
10 g fresh ginger(peeled and sliced in pieces)
2tbsphoney
500mlwarm water
Instructions
Start by extracting the zest of 1 organic lemon.
After that, peel the lemon and cut it into pieces.
Place the lemon pieces, lemon zest, ginger, honey and water in a blender.
Blend for 1 – 2 minutes until smooth.
Finally, strain the juice through a fine sieve and serve immediately.
