Broccoli Apple Salad
- 400 grams Broccoli florets
- 2 large Red paprika
- 2 Apples
- 1 Red Onion
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
- 30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Mustard (substitute with Mayonnaise)
- To prepare the dressing, add the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk very well. Set aside for later.
- Wash broccoli, paprika, onion and apples and pat dry with a kitchen napkin.
- Chop all the vegetables and fruits as finely as you can and add in a large bowl
- Proceed to top the salad with your sunflower seeds.
- Conclude by adding the dressing and mix well.
