How To Cook Chicken For Chicken Curry Pasta

The best way to cook chicken for chicken curry pasta is to sear it in oil in a hot pan until browned and cooked through.

This way, you get to enjoy the juicy and crispy golden texture through the creamy curry pasta.

Be careful not to overcrowd the pan; if you add too much chicken at once, the chicken will steam instead of brown.
